Playthrough Requirements

The wagering requirement A Big Candy Casino is calculated based on the total of the deposit and the redeemed bonus.

Example: If a player deposits $100 and redeems a 100% bonus with a 30X playthrough requirement, they must wager ($100 deposit + $100 bonus) × 30 = $6,000 before making a withdrawal request.

Maximum Withdrawal

The maximum withdrawal amount is determined by the deposit amount.

Example: If a player deposits $100 and redeems a 10x max cash-out coupon, the maximum withdrawal allowed is $100 × 10 = $1,000.

No Deposit Bonuses (Free Chips, Free Spins)

Unless specified otherwise, all No Deposit Bonuses are subject to the following:

  • The casino reserves the right to cancel or refuse any promotional offer at any time.
  • The bonus amount must be wagered at least:
    • 30x for Slots, Keno, Scratch Cards, and Bingo.
    • 60x for Allowed Table Games and Video Poker.

  • The player’s account balance must be $0 or less to claim any promotion other than a deposit bonus.
  • If multiple games are played, the highest wagering requirement will apply before cashing out.
  • Mixing deposits and No Deposit Bonuses is not allowed. If a deposit is made while using a No Deposit Bonus, the original bonus terms still apply.
  • If bonus rounds are accumulated using a free bonus and later redeemed with a deposit, any winnings will be void.
  • Unauthorized redemptions of No Deposit Bonuses will result in voided winnings.
  • Only one free chip is allowed between deposits.

Deposit Bonus Terms

  • Players must redeem bonuses before placing any bets with their deposit.
  • If a bonus does not redeem automatically, players must contact Customer Support before wagering.
  • Players cannot redeem additional bonuses if they have an existing balance or pending cash-out.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined. If multiple bonuses are used together, winnings will be void.
  • Unauthorized use of a bonus will result in forfeited winnings and the return of the deposit.
  • If a bonus is restricted to certain games, playing unauthorized games will void winnings.
  • 'All Allowed Games' deposit bonuses require at least 50% of gameplay on slot machines before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Players must meet the Playthrough Requirements before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Maximum Withdrawal:
    • The maximum cash-out is determined by the deposit amount.
    • Example: A $100 deposit with a 10x max withdrawal limit allows a maximum withdrawal of $1,000.
  • Mixing Bonuses:
    • Players cannot redeem multiple promotions at once.
    • If promotions are mixed, winnings may be removed during withdrawal.
  • No Play/No Max Bonuses:

    • Any winnings from unauthorized games will be void.
  • Non-Cashable Bonuses:

Bonus Terms & Conditions

  • Only players with a Real Money Account are eligible for promotions.
  • One Real Money Account per player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed.

Weekly & Monthly Cashback

  • Weekly Cashback:

    • Requires a 30x playthrough for Slots, Keno, Scratch Cards, and Bingo.

  • Monthly Cashback (VIP Only):

    • Similar rules as Weekly Cashback, with cashback credited within the first three days of the following month.

Comp Points

  • Comp points accumulate as players wager.
  • Players cannot earn comp points while using a No Deposit Bonus.
  • 100 Comp Points = $1.00.
  • Minimum redemption: 1,000 points.
  • Wagering requirements:
    • 30x for Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo, and Scratch Cards.

Restricted Games
